VALUE PROPOSITION PAIN POINT |
NOTES:Pain Points
In order for your business to be successful, you have to define your pain points. Every successful product or service reveals a few pain points to the customer. If your product or service truly has no pain points, then it’s highly unlikely to be successful. How do you discover the pain points? If they aren’t clear to you already, try asking yourself and your team some questions about your product or service from the customer’s perspective. Or, better yet, ask your customers. Value Proposition What is a 'Value Proposition'Value proposition refers to a business or marketing statement that a company uses to summarize why a consumer should buy a product or use a service. This statement convinces a potential consumer that one particular product or service will add more value or better solve a problem than other similar offerings will. Companies use this statement to target customers who will benefit most from using the company's products. A significant part of defining a value proposition involves what some to call the 4Us. If you find yourself answering a definitive yes to the majority of these questions, then you are on the right path toward a compelling value proposition. If not, consider re-evaluating and revising your new venture.
