NOTESWhat does Text Alignment mean?
Text alignment is a word processing software feature that allows users to horizontally align text on a page/document. It enables the composition of a text document using different text positioning on the whole or selected part of a page. Text alignment is something you would typically use when using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or even Excel. Because this feature is commonly used, people on line expect to see this in their web pages. It allows for the view or reader to see information in a more organized manner. Having your text and images sitting on the left hand side of the page will almost certainly cause someone to leave your site. ALIGNMENT TYPES: LEFT ALIGNED CENTER RIGHT ALIGNED JUSTIFIED The JUSTIFIED alignment is one that is hard to see but it is widely used in newspapers and magazines. It spaces out the words to make sure that each line of text is the same size. At times this may cause for one or two lines to look funny because it may look like there is too much space between words. Vertical Divider
